Information on how to vote forms part of these terms and conditions of this promotion. Voting is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The Promoter is the MusicNT, (ABN 34 792 015 203).

Level 2, 8 McMinn St, Darwin NT 0801.

The Promotion starts voting polls open on June 1, 9.00am (ACST), 2022

The Promotion ends and voting polls close on June 20, 12.00pm (ACST), 2022

Entry is open to anyone who registers a vote prior to the Promotion End ('Eligible Entrants') excluding: (a) Board of management and employees of the Promoter. 

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected votes. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process.

Voting is restricted to one vote per person comprising 5 songs from the final voting list. If an individual is identified as lodging multiple votes all the votes of that individual will be ruled invalid.

The song list will consist of a maximum of 3 eligible songs per recording artist and voting is restricted to the songs on the song list as at May 31, 11.59pm  2022.

To be eligible for inclusion into the final song list, there must be a broadcast quality recording of the song publicly available.

If for any reason the promotion is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.

If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation and the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate or modify or suspend this promotion.

The Promoter, its related bodies corporate, and their respective officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion or the promotion of this promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

MusicNT will determine the winners into the Top 10 list of songs based on the votes received.

In the event of a tie in the number of votes the 2022 Territory Countdown winner will be jointly awarded.

MusicNT will oversee the voting process and the total number of votes received for any of the songs will not be disclosed.

The result of the poll to determine the 2022 Territory Sound Countdown will be announced on Thursday the 30th June 2022.

Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. Eligible Entrants consent to the Promoter using and publishing and disclosing to its agents, contractors and entities associated with this promotion personal information provided in connection with this promotion for the purposes of facilitating the conduct of the promotion.
